Akshay Kumar plays the lovable con-artist Tees Maar Khan along with Katrina Kaif, the Item Girl. Akshaye Khanna also have a pivotal role in this Sanjay Dutt Voice Over. Salman Khan and Anil Kapoor make special appearances in the film.

Songs Album was an instant hit. Item song "Sheila ki Jawani" has surpassed its predecessors and has topped the charts.
